While maintaining a steady 65 degrees for up to 3 hours, the vest is ideal for use in high heat or humidity. It's also a highly effective cooling device for jobs that require heavy safety clothing. The vest contains a gel-like insert which is activated by placing in the freezer for 60 minutes or a cooler of ice-water for 20 minutes.
