Rated ANSI Class 3, this raincoat also features 2-inch silver reflective tape for maximum visibility. It also has two outer front pockets with secured flaps, plus a pocket on the chest enough for a cellphone. The secured zipper and snap front closure, along with a storm flap, ensure that no water seeps in. An easily detachable snap hood allows you to adjust to different weather conditions.
