Portwest FR421 Bizflame 88/12 FR 8.2 Cal Arc Rated CAT 2 Pants

The Portwest FR421 Bizflame 88/12 8.2 Cal Arc Rated CAT 2 88/12 Pants are designed for use in environments where flame and electric arc hazards may be present. Constructed from lightweight Bizflame 88/12 fabric, these pants provide certified flame-resistant and arc-rated protection suitable for industrial and utility applications. 

With an ATPV of 8.2 cal/cm², these pants meet PPE Category 2 arc flash requirements while maintaining breathable comfort for extended wear. The fabric is engineered to retain its flame-resistant properties for the life of the garment. An elasticated waistband and multiple storage pockets support secure fit and practical jobsite functionality. 

As with all PPE, selection should be determined by the employer’s documented hazard assessment and applicable regulatory requirements.
