Built to exceed both ANSI Z89.1-2014 Type II, Class E electrical safety standards and EN12492 clause 4.2, the Traverse offers 360° protection from lateral blows and impacts from the front, back, sides, and top. Made with an ultra-lightweight ABS shell for added durability without being bulky. The integrated Mips® (Multi-directional Impact Protection System) works to redirect rotational forces away from the brain during an angled impact, a game-changing layer of defense not found in traditional hard hats. Beneath the shell, an EPS foam impact liner absorbs the energy of front, side, and rear impacts, and a comfortable inner suspension with above-the-brow padding keeps fatigue at bay through long shifts. Securing the helmet is effortless with the rugged non-slip SURE-LOCK wheel ratchet for a custom dial-in fit and a 4-point cross-over chin strap with quick-release buckle for fast on-and-off convenience.
